How long have you been working at TGI? What do you do?
I have been working for TGI for ten years. I am Responsible of technical support and I manage a team of five people.
My main missions involve intercepting technical problems of our clients before they notify us.
What are the skills required to be a software developer and manager?
Perseverance, curiosity, the will to do things right and having an appetite to learn and to seek continuous improvement!
What motivates you in your job?
It’s the job I dreamed of doing! What motivates me most is satisfying the client. Our reactivity has a direct impact on the overall traffic performance of a terminal!
What is OSCAR’s driving force?
The software can be easily adjusted to match terminal processes. It’s not a rigid Terminal Operating System but at the contrary flexible and adaptable.
What is TGI’s driving force ?
We are a personal company: we have close relationships with our colleges and customers.
What are your hobbies?
I have been practicing football for 20 years and badminton for 14 years.
What I like most are the values promoted by these sports…Such as team cohesion and the need for reactivity. Also, I am a sound engineer in my spare time. Above all, I love spend time with my family.
If you had to chose a mentor, anyone, who would it be and why?
My father because I really learn lots of things from him and I still do!
