Created to optimize container traffic on maritime terminals, the new online “Appointment Module”  allows you to share a timetable with truckers for the receipt and delivery of containers.

From a trucker point of view

The module works in a very simple way. In a few clicks through a web interface,, truckers access a calendar view indicating which time slots are available for their pickups and deliveries. They can fill in a simple form to specify cargo and containers to be delivered or received.

Then, several slots are suggested to carriers depending on deliveries and reception constraints, that you have specified in the system. Each truckers can select the best appointment for him.

From a terminal point of view

On your side, you have access to an appointments summary table and to additional information about containers delivered (ISO code, unsafe, fridge, oversize, etc.) which helps you to anticipate your works. Your old appointments are automatically archived and all data is secured and available in real time for users.

This new module allows better planning leading to a more fluid traffic on your terminal and increased productivity.
